Join us Saturday, January 11th from 6-9 pm for moonlight snowshoeing! If you've never done it before, this is the time to try it! Ben Prall will be guiding a trip at 6:30 SHARP so please come early to be ready in time. Wear snow clothes and bring headlamps with you.

Park in the large parking lot and walk the 1/2 mile to the discovery center. For the best directions on how to get to Swanson's North Form Discovery Center, please visit their website and follow the directions from there. Apple Maps will take you to the wrong place! Use Google Maps or follow the directions on the Discovery Center website.

Take at least 7,000 steps for five days in one week during January. See the Steps Challenge flyer to keep track of your steps!

Join us on January 16th at 4 pm for a strength training class! Those who come in person will be entered into a drawing for additional prizes such as Beehive Meals gift cards, BOGO Rush coupons, HydroJugs, and other prizes.

If you were unable to come in person or watch the class live, you can still watch the video recording by going to Classes & Recordings.

1. Participate in at least 5 Wellness activities and/or classes from January to June 2025

2. Report monthly what activities you participated in (a Google Form will be sent at the end of each month for you to report which activities you participated in).

The blankets will be distributed to each school/workplace in August 2025. A Wellness Champion or other representative will distribute the blanket at each location to those who earned it.
