Rocky Mountain Jr High Basketball

TERRY SCHRIVER

This is Coach Schriver's 5th year as the head coach at Rocky Mountain Jr. High. However, Coach Schriver is entering year 18 of coaching basketball. He has been a head coach at the Jr. High and High school level as well as assisting various high school programs. He has 17 years of coaching AAU teams ranging from 2rd-12th grade. Coach Schriver has been a skill development trainer for over 15 years, training players from first grade up to professional. Coach Schriver has a passion for coaching and skill development. He was a 3 year varsity player in high school. His goal is to help players develop their basketball skills in hopes to make the high school team.

Coach Schriver graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Masters Degree in Secondary Education and Weber State with a Bachelors degree in Physical Education. He currently teaches at Rocky Mountain Jr. High teaching Health and Intro to Health Science. His wife Cindy teachers English at Roy Jr. High. He has a son Kobe Schriver who graduated and played basketball at Keuka College with a Business Degree. Kobe holds the school record at Roy High for most 3 pointers in a career (204), season (64), game (7). He is also a former Grizzly where he started as a 7th and 8th grader before playing at Roy his freshman year. His daughter is Brooklyn Schriver who will be a Senior at Manhattan University majoring in Video Production. She is the Captain on the dance team. She is a former Fremont Silverwolf and was an officer on the Silverline drill team. She also is a former Grizzly were she was on the cheer team.

DOMINIC ANGUIANO

This is Coach Anguiano 3nd year coaching at Rocky Mountain Jr. High. He is also the Student Advocate. He is a Roy High Alumni. He was a 4 year basketball player at Roy High. He has great passion and commitment working with kids to help them succeed. He will work with the players on their skill development and team concepts.

Adam Suttleymyre

This is Coach Suttlemyre’s 3nd year back as an assistant Coach, and 19th year Coaching basketball at Rocky Mountain Jr. High. Coach Suttlemyre has 26 years of coaching basketball. He has been a head coach at the Jr. High and an assistant coach at the high school level. He was a 4 sport athlete in High School. He like Coach Schriver’s goal is to help players develop their basketball skills in hopes to make the high school team.

Coach Suttlemyre graduated from Weber State University with a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and also completed his Bachelors degree in Physical Education Teaching at Weber State. He currently teaches at Rocky Mountain Jr. High teaching Physical Education. This is Coach Suttlemyre' s 21st year at Rocky Mountain Jr. High. He has Coached Football, Basketball, Softball, Baseball and Track at Rocky Mountain. He also Coached Girls Lacrosse at Davis for 1 year before becoming the Head Coach at Syracuse High School for the past three years.

LOGAN RASMUSSEN

This is Coach Rasmussen’s 5th year coaching at Rocky Mountain Jr High. Coach Rasmussen played high school basketball as well as football, graduating in 2016. Coach Rasmussen has been married for two years; his wife, Kallye, is graduated from cosmetology. He also has a son name Luka. Coach Rasmussen loves the game of basketball and is obsessed with helping young players become more skilled and helping them develop talent. He also has 5 dogs, and loves all of them!
