My name is Alyssa McCullough (previously Boose), and this will be my ninth year teaching at Worthington Park Elementary. I was lucky enough to have spent my first three years teaching 5th grade.  I loved getting to teach the older students, but teaching 1st grade has always been my dream!  I have loved teaching first grade these last five years, and I know this is where I am supposed to be.  I am so excited to be your child’s teacher!

I graduated from Miami University with my degree in Elementary Education, and am certified to teach all subjects PreK-5.  Additionally, I recently received my master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  I am originally from the Cleveland area and am an avid Cleveland sports fan!  My favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband, and my seven month old son.  We love to travel, and we love to visit restaurants, coffee shops, and markets all around Columbus.  If you have any good recommendations—send them my way!
