My name is Lynn Murphy and this is my 22nd year of teaching in Worthington Schools. I've also taught grades 2nd, 4th, and 5th, but my heart belongs to first grade. I was born in Staten Island, New York but moved to Worthington was I was 8 years old. I attended Wilson Hill Elementary, Worthingway Middle, and Thomas Worthington High School. I earned a BS in Elelmentary Education from BGSU and a Masters of Curriculum and Instruction from AU, It is an honor to be teaching in the district I grew up in and to see how it continues to strive in excellence. When I'm not teaching your wonderful children, I love to read, travel, draw, and learn!
