2023-2024

Welcome to the Wisconsin School Counselor Association (WSCA)!

Volunteers have always been a valuable resource for our members and staff.  By volunteering, you’ll not only help your professional organization but also strengthen our profession and promote the value of school counseling.

The WSCA Directors of Operations Leadership Team site has been designed to help you become a satisfied and engaged WSCA leader. This site has information, policies, procedures, and resources to help you be successful.  This site can’t answer all the questions you might have about everything WSCA, so we encourage you to reach out to the WSCA staff and your Directors of Operations teamates.  We hope this site will allow you to feel comfortable with us and the goals we are trying to achieve: we depend on you, our professional leaders, to elevate WSCA to be one of the best School Counselor Associations in the country!

Thank you for volunteering—I’m glad you’ve chosen to be a member of the WSCA leadership team!
