Western Springs College Ngā Puna o Waiōrea
Delivering a personalised Future Pathway with school-wide participation in a Careers Education programme empowers students to make better informed decisions about their future direction.
Our Future Pathways is designed for students to develop an understanding of available future pathways, develop adaptive skills and take ownership of their curiosities and interests. Students entering senior school face important decisions about what curriculum and subjects to choose. The Future Pathways will assist them in navigating through making these decisions and provide them with the competencies to move on to their encounters with further education, training or employment.
