The WSES PTO runs on the time and talents of volunteers like you. Whether you have an hour a month or can help at a single event, every contribution makes a difference for our kids and school community.

Why Volunteer?

Research shows that when parents are involved in school activities, students see better grades, improved behavior, and greater success. Plus, it's a great way to connect with other families and support our amazing teachers and staff!

How You Can Help

We have opportunities for all schedules and comfort levels:

At School Events:

• Help supervise activities at movie nights, tailgate parties, and family events

• Assist with setup or cleanup

• Staff information tables

From Home:

• Help promote events on social media

• Create flyers or graphics

• Coordinate fundraisers or events

During School Hours:

• Help with distributing spirit wear or fundraising prizes

  • Support teacher appreciation efforts

Flexible Opportunities:

• Join our monthly PTO meetings (hybrid format available!)

• Serve on event planning committees

• Share your special skills or connections

How to Sign Up

Volunteer opportunities are discussed at each monthly PTO meeting. When we have specific events that need more volunteers than we get at the meeting, we'll share sign-up forms on this page and on our Facebook page. Keep an eye out for opportunities!

No Pressure, Just Community

• We believe any time you can give is valuable. You're never required to take on more than you're comfortable with, and there's no minimum commitment. Come to one event or come to them all - it's entirely up to you!
