Welcome to our Preschool hub!  Sharon Elementary School's Preschool program supports the development of preschool children through a nature-based curriculum. Our curriculum promotes creativity, respects the individuality of each child, and encourages developmentally appropriate independence. Our focus exists primarily on the social and emotional growth of children. We feel that Pre-K is a time and space for children to develop a love for learning;  learn how to communicate with others in a patient and respectful manner; maintain a strong sense of confidence and curiosity; grow the ability to exist comfortably in a group setting; show kindness to others, regardless of their complex personalities; and demonstrate care for ourselves and others. We strive to set children up for success in their future: socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.
