Some students have chosen to attend school virtually this year and others may have days they miss sessions because of e-learning. Students that receive Physical Therapy services can still receive their PT services with activity packets and assignments by using the activities below.
Pick a few activities from the categories below (gait, balance, strength, body awareness, gross motor skills, ball skills, flexibility, coordination) that you would like to work on this week for PT. We usually spend 20-30 minutes in a PT session each week so you will have time to complete more than one activity from below. It is recommended that you try to pick activites from multiple categories in order to work on a variety of skills. If the activity is underlined it is a link that will take you to another website to complete the activity. There are also additional links on the next tab (resources/links) that will take you to different exercise videos that you can participate in. If you have any questions or concerns with the activities below, would like recommendations on how to make a task more or less challenging for your student, or would like more assistance in determining which activites are best for your student please email the therapist at tmarshall@wrssc.org.
