About the Teacher

My name is Kim McCormack, and I have been a teacher at Wachusett since 2010.  I started as a long-term sub in Kindergarten at Dawson.  I then moved to Naquag and taught kindergarten for 10 years. I then taught 1st grade for the past 5 years, and now I am moving to 2nd grade.  I love teaching the younger grades because the children are so ready and willing to learn.  I believe in getting to know each child as an individual and helping them in their journey of education. When possible, I love to attend activities outside of school. It is so important for children to be seen and heard.  As always, I am available through email if you have any concerns or questions.
