What do I do if I am absent?

• Login to Google Classroom and check the “Weekly Digital Agenda” - it is posted every Monday and contains what we did in class each day for the week, as well as any homework.  Check Google Classroom for any posted assignments/handouts that you can work on from home.

• When you return to school, check the “ABSENT WORK” hanging file folders on the cabinet door  

How many days do I get to makeup my absent work?

• You get 1 day for each day you were out sick.  For example, if you were out sick for 2 days, you have 2 days to make up the missing work.

What days are you available for extra help?

• I am available every morning starting at 7:40 am for extra help.  Some mornings we have staff or parent meetings and I am not available, please let me know 24 hours in advance that you would like to come in for help.

• I am also available for help during X-Block on Tuesday and Thursday.

Where can I find the “Weekly Digital Agenda” online again?

• The “Digital Agenda” is posted in Google Classroom every Monday.

• The “Digital Agenda" is also posted on the front of my webpage.

Why is there a “0” for a grade when I was absent or am missing work?

• I use a “0” as a space holder until you pass in your missing work, once you pass in your work I replace it with the updated grade. Remember you get 1 day for each day you were out to makeup absent work.

I passed in my missing work this morning, I checked my grade tonight and it is still marked as missing?

• If you pass in work after I put the grades in, it may take a few days for me to update that missing/late work.  I try to update grades once a week, so if you do not see a change in a week or so, please contact me and let me know.
