Classroom Rules and Expectations

It is a priority of mine to foster a classroom community of kindness and respect. All students are expected to show kindness towards each other. Students are also expected to try their best throughout the day. We learn a lot of big things in kindergarten, and it's hard work! I know they can do it! We are all at different places in our learning; things that are easy for some of us is hard for others. I hope to help all students have a GROWTH MINDSET, being proud of the growth they are making.

TPS Pledge

I Pledge to be a person of character.

I will be respectful, responsible, and ready to learn.

I will use my effort, energy, and initiative to reach success.

Homework?

While I do not assign daily/weekly homework, I encourage you to read with your child every day. You can read to them or they can read to you...simply spending time enjoying books together is a wonderful way to encourage and support your child's developing reading skills.
