Step One:
In the Online Resource Project, I explored a diverse range of educational tools, discovering ten resources across different categories. Notable selections included i-Ready, KidsSoup, and weareteachers.com, each serving unique purposes in general education, health, and P.E. The task of presenting and "selling" two resources led me to highlight ClassDojo for its versatile features in behavior management and communication with parents. Additionally, I showcased Generation Genius from The Next Generation in Science, emphasizing its engaging videos and activities. The scavenger hunt activity linked to Generation Genius demonstrated a practical application, fostering student interaction and understanding of nutrition concepts. Overall, the project enhanced my proficiency in identifying, evaluating, and presenting educational resources, and recognizing their potential impact on diverse subjects and student engagement.
