What it means to be a Cardinal
By: Madeline Leis
I was 3 years old when I became a Cardinal. I was eager and ready. Through all my years as a student, Country Hills has taught me things like Math, Language, but also my behaviour. In Kindergarten, I learned the Cardinal Creed and caught on quickly. By grade 4, I was saying it fluently. The Cardinal Creed taught me how to be kind, caring, and helpful. I have used all those things at school. But the Cardinal Creed does not just mean reciting the Creed, it also means to be a Cooperative student and friend. I hope you have not only learned this but also use it in your daily life.
Stay safe and use these things!
The Cardinal Creed
At Country Hills, we work together for the greater good of all. We accept each others as they are without judgement or labeling. We treat others our self and our environment with respect. We understand how others feel and always try to support them. Cardinals are caring citizens who want to make our world a better place for everyone!
