Chromebooks

Sixth Grade

Upon entering TBMS, 6th graders receive a Chromebook and charger for use throughout their time in the WPUSD. Students will keep this same device until they graduate, at which point it will be returned to their WPUSD high school.

Seventh & Eighth Grade

Seventh & Eighth Graders will continue to use their assigned Chromebooks throughout their time in the WPUSD until they graduate, at which point it will be returned to their WPUSD high school.

TRANSFERS WITHIN WPUSD

All Transfer Students: Take the Chromebook and charger with you to the new school.

TRANSFERRING OUT OF THE DISTRICT

All Students: Return the Chromebook and charger to the school library before transfer.

DAMAGED CHROMEBOOKS
If your Chromebook has been damaged please bring it to the school library. It will be sent to the District Tech. Dept. for assessment. A bill may be sent to you from the District Business Office if the Chromebook needs to be repaired.

COSTS FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF CHROMEBOOK

Chromebook Replacement (non-returned) - $300
Chromebook Replacement (returned - non-repairable or non-functioning) - $150
Chromebook Charger Replacement (non-repairable or non-returned) - $45
Chromebook Repair: Cracked, Broken or Non-Functioning Screen - $ 80
Missing Keys on Keyboard - $25
Keyboard Replacement - $50
Cracked Frame – if non-repairable may be charged $150
