Library Checkout Procedure

USERNAME:

The first part of the students email address NO WPUSD.ORG (ex. 30BessetteET)

PASSWORD:

8 digit student ID number (typically starts with 200…)

• Check out period is two weeks.

• TK - First Grade: 1 Book Checkout

• Second - Fifth Grades: 2 Book Checkout

• Students will place a “Hold” on the book(s) they would like to check out. They can not unhold a book.

• Mrs. Bessette will pull the books and check them out for the student.

IN PERSON LEARNERS

• If they are in-person learning Mrs. Bessette will drop off the books to their classroom or they can pick them up during library time.

• Please return books on library day.

• Book requests must be submitted the day before the students library day.

DISTANCE LEARNERS

• Distances Learners will pick up books for pickup THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL DAY after 9:30 am. Make sure to pick up books in the office by 3:30 pm. Books will have the students name and teacher on them.

• If books are not picked up within two school days, they will be returned to the library.

• Return your books to the “Return Cart” in the front office.

• ALL books must be returned before additional books can be borrowed. You may email that you will be returning the books when you pick up new books

• Overdue notices/fines will be sent via email.
