The purpose of this scholarship is to honor the life and legacy of Jonathan Wayne Field, a devoted rancher, father, and community leader whose passion for agriculture shaped generations of young people in Lincoln, California. This award supports Lincoln High School seniors involved in FFA who plan to pursue further education or a career in agriculture.

The Sun City Lincoln Hills (SCLH) Garden Group is offering up to two scholarships for the 2025โ2026 academic year to graduating high school seniors pursuing a plant-related major.
๐ฐ Awards:
$1,000 for full-time students (12โ15 units)
$500 for part-time students (6โ11 units)
๐ Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a California resident with a permanent Lincoln, CA address
Must be a high school senior enrolled in a Lincoln public high school
Must have a minimum 2.75 GPA
Must be accepted and enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university
Must major in one of the following or related fields:
Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Design, Botany, Forestry, Conservation, Plant Pathology, Viticulture, Enology

Cabrillo Civic Clubs of California, Inc. Undergraduate Scholarship
The State Council Cabrillo Civic Clubs of California, Inc. proudly offers annual scholarships to support high-achieving high school seniors of Portuguese descent pursuing higher education.

$500 scholarships
Recipients are notified by June 30, 2026
๐ Eligibility Criteria:
Must be of Portuguese descent and a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Must be a graduating senior from a California high school
Must have a minimum 3.5 weighted GPA for grades 9โ12
Must plan to attend an accredited community college, college, trade school, or university in the U.S.
Must have participated in at least three extracurricular activities during high school

(For Dependents of CSEA Members)
The California School Employees Association (CSEA) Chapter #741 offers a $500 Continuing Education Scholarship to support the educational goals of dependents of CSEA members.
This scholarship aims to uplift CSEA families by helping students continue their higher-education journey.
