All press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order to ensure quality and customization.
Standard processing time is 4–8 business days (Monday-Friday) after full payment is received, unless otherwise stated.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, sales), turnaround times may be extended. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved before purchase. Please contact me prior to ordering to confirm availability.
Local pickup or drop-off may be available upon request and must be arranged in advance.
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided once the package has been sent.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, which are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the postal service.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.
Application and care instructions will be included with every order to help maximize wear time.
Proper preparation, application, and removal are essential for the best results.
I am not responsible for lifting, breakage, or damage caused by improper application, removal, daily activities, or failure to follow care instructions.
Wear time varies depending on nail preparation, lifestyle, and application method.
Due to the custom nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Normal wear and tear
Incorrect sizing
Miscommunication on the customers end
If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

I am not liable for allergic reactions or injuries resulting from product use.
