2026 Hourglass Yearbook Submission Deadlines

• Senior Photos*: October 24, 2025 (Friday)

• Senior Baby Photos: October 24, 2025 (Friday)

• Senior Write-Ups/Quotes: November 25, 2025 (Tuesday before Thanksgiving Break)

• Superlative Voting: TBD (before Winter Break)

• Business Ads: March 13, 2026

• Club, Activity, Event, Athletic photos: mid-March 2025

• Senior Parent Ads: March 13, 2025

  Please note: more dates, links, and documents will be posted here, as they become available.

             *If you had your photo taken by Prestige Portraits, your photo will be sent to WHS for you.

WHS Seniors and their parents/guardians are asked to turn in the following items by the deadlines above. If you have any questions, please contact the advisor, at least one week prior to the deadline posted. Send an email to whs.yearbook@wpsk12.com or stop by to see Mrs. Daly in room 3-016!

• Senior Photos

• Senior Write-Ups (Quotes)

Write-ups must be submitted electronically using the Google Form which will be provided by email to your wpsk12.com 

account and posted in Google Classroom. 

NOTE: WRITE-UPS/QUOTES WILL BE EDITED FOR CONTENT BY ADMINISTRATION. Inappropriate, questionable, or ambiguous content will be removed (either partially or in entirety) as deemed necessary by the WHS administration. Please contact the yearbook advisors or WHS administration if you have any questions regarding this policy.

• Senior Baby Photos

• Superlative Voting

    Superlative voting will be held via Google Form. For information about this year's categories, please see our Superlative Page. 

• Senior Parent Ads

Parent ads allow you to publish pictures and personalize a message to your graduating student. Parent ads must be ordered 

through Walsworth's site. The direct link is available on our Purchasing Page.  

• Business Ads

We rely on the generous support of local businesses to help us defray the costs of publication. Local businesses can purchase 

ad space in the book to be used for corporate advertising, or to write a message of congratulations to the senior class. The 

direct link for ordering is available on our Purchasing Page. 

• Club, Activity, Event, Athletic Photos

All students and parents are welcome to submit their own photos to the Yearbook. We encourage it! Underclassmen 

pictures are especially appreciated. Please see our Submission Page for full instructions and information.
