Pick-up time is 5:30PM for all after school programs. Parents who pick up their children after 5:30, will be subject to a late fee of $15.00 for the first 1-10 minutes and $1.00 per minute thereafter. This fee will be included in your Community Pass tuition bill due for the following month.

1. Please share your code ONLY between parents or with the person who picks up or drops off your child on a regular basis.

2. DO NOT share this code with your child.  If for any reason, your child uses the code and it's reported, your code will be shut off and you'll be issued a new one. 

3. Do not share your code with someone who may pick up or drop off once or on a rare occasion.   

4. Please refrain from letting others into the building as you enter the building, they should be using their code to enter.  Do not use your code on days that your child is not attending the program.

5. Please keep the C.A.R.E.S. cell phone number plugged into your cell phone so that you can call us in the event that the system or your code fails for any reason.  

6. If your code has been compromised in any way, please notify the C.A.R.E.S. office immediately at the number referenced below.

If your child attends school but will not be at CARES, s/he must provide the regular classroom teacher with written notification.  In addition, the parent must notify the CARES Site Coordinator   via phone call, text or email. 

Parents who do not notify the CARES staff of their child’s absence will be assessed a $20.00 Finder’s Fee on their Community Pass account. Continual non-communication for absenteeism (3 offenses) may be grounds for suspension from the program.*
