Pin Codes are active for pick-up starteing at 3:50. If you need to pick-up your child before that time, please call the respective CARES phone.
Pick-up time is 5:30.
We ask that if for some reason you cannot make it before 5:30, try to secure an alternate pick-up for your child and make CARES aware of the situation.
There is a late fee that goes into effect at 5:31. The charge is $15 for the first 1-10 minutes and $1.00 per minute thereafter.
If your child is in school, but will not be attending the program as scheduled, CARES and the students teacher must be notified. Please let CARES know by one of the following:
Send a note to school addressed to CARES with your child. Please indicate the date so that there is no confusion.
Leave a message or text on the CARES phone at any time.

In the event that school is cancelled due to snow, there is NO before or after school CARES program.
If there is a delayed opening, there is NO before school program and the after
school program will run as normal.
If there is an early dismissal, there is NO after school program. Parents will be notified by the Connected school notification system.
