Instructions for Patients over 12 years old

1. Follow instructions in the email from communication@wpmaoffices.com

You will need to change your password to verify your account.

2. Log in through the website www.e-kidscare.com

3. Explore Kids Care and in each section, pay attention to the information that is revealed.

4. For each section, ask yourself: Do I want my Proxy to see what is in this section?

1. Log into Kids Care.

2. On the home screen, click on the tab with your name, then select "Manage Proxy Access" from the drop-down menu.

3. Under "Manage Your Proxy", you will see the name of all the accounts wanting to have access to yours. You now have 2 options:

   1. 1. Click on the icon with an X to refuse to give any access to that person.

      2. Click on the downward arrow to accept their request and set their privacy settings.

4. If you click on the downward arrow, a new menu will open with a list of every section of the Kids Care site. You get to pick between 3 settings for every section:

   1. 1. No Access: the Proxy will NOT be able to open this section of your Kids Care account at all

      2. Read Only Access: the Proxy will ONLY be able to open the section and look at the information that's in it

      3. Full Access: the Proxy will be able to open the section, look at the information that's in it, and use any functions that you can (like entering vitals) *Please note that this function is not currently working, so for now Full Access is the same as Read Only Access, but this could change at any time once the technical support team are able to fix the problem

5. You can follow these same steps at any time to change the settings for your Proxies- settings for each account must be adjusted separately.

6. You can also log in and remove a Proxy account completely at any time.
