Leadership Conference

April 30, 2019

Join us for a tour of the former Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, where much of the critically acclaimed and #1 fan-favorite movie, The Shawshank Redemption, was filmed.

We are using the film, Shawshank Redemption, as our theme for the day, so enjoy an evening refreshing your mind by watching the movie between now and April 30, 2019.

Start the day at Mid-Ohio ESC and travel together by bus to the Mansfield Reformatory. You will hear a thought-provoking keynote speaker, take a tour of the prison and participate in group activities. Return to Mid-Ohio ESC for lunch and an afternoon speaker, including round table discussions.

**Please note that the prison tour is not handicap accessible. Dress appropriately as the tour requires a lot of walking, including stairs. In addition, the prison is not climate controlled.
