Create a class in Google Classroom based on your Dream Field Trip and add your colleagues as co-teachers to this Google Classroom.
In the Classroom create an Announcement about your Field Trip and add a Google Doc
In the Classroom create an Assignment related to your field trip and add a Google Doc.
