Class overview

Regular education concentrates on hard skills such as math, reading, English etc. The aim of Talent Development course is to fill in the gap by teaching soft skills like interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership skill, communications skills, work ethics etc. Employers are now requiring students to have soft skills. In this course, we will utilize relevant interactive exercises, skits and videos, to teach students how to gain greater control of their lives, build relationships build self-confidence, resist peer pressure, achieve their goals, get along with their parents, develop employability skills, improve work ethics, acquire leadership skills, and reduce disciplinary problems.
