My Philosophy

Each student who enters my classroom carries with them unique strengths, preferences, interests and needs. The number one priority is to build a relationship built on trust. My ultimate goal is to facilitate, guide, support and motivate students to understand who they are as learners and to seek out the quality of life they can have through hard work and perseverance. I believe a great teacher should meet each student where he/she is at and involve him/her in experiential learning, personal reflection, and collaboration. I value parent involvement and encourage you to partner with me as we strive to give your student the most powerful and joy-filled learning experience possible.
