Uganda Obstacle Sports Federation (UOSF) is the National Governing Body for Obstacle Sports and events in the Uganda. ​We are a member based nonprofit that represents the needs of the sport through athlete representation and engagement. 

UOSF is a member federation of World Obstacle, the Fédération Internationale de Sports d’Obstacles (FISO) and is the sole national governing body for obstacle sports in Uganda. UOSF is member of the Obstacle Sports Federation Africa, the continental association of World Obstacle member federations in Africa.

​The mission of UOSF is to promote Ninja, Obstacle Course Racing and Adventure Racing, to lead the Obstacle Sports, and meet the requirements as specified by the Uganda Olympic Committee and World Obstacle, the Fédération Internationale de Sports d’Obstacles.

Our goals include facilitating safer, fairer races at a lower cost and providing a route for athletes to compete at international and Games competitions. This includes event safety, fairness, rankings, operations, medical standards, and rule enforcement.
