HOUSING

Housing on campus!
Rent: $225 - $371 per month (deducted from paycheck), depending on the housing assigned.
Deposit: 1 month's rent (refundable if housing is left as it was upon arrival. Clean and no damage.)
Different types of housing offered including apartment, dormitory style and house. Employer will assign participants to housing.
- - - Pocono House: Dormitory style with NO kitchen included. Resort will provide meals for participants who don't have access to a kitchen.
    - Timberline: Resort/hotel style room with NO kitchen included. Resort will provide meals for participants who don't have access to a kitchen.
    - Family style homes with full kitchen. Employer will not provide meals for participants who have access to the kitchen.
The number of participants per housing depends on the housing assigned.
2-4 participants per room, 1-5 rooms, 1-5 bathrooms (depending on housing)
Laundry facilities available onsite free of cost.
Utilities included in the cost of rent.

Important Housing Information – Please Read Carefully:

Please note that some employers do not offer housing, others offer it with limited availability, and a final group of employers provides housing for all of their participants.
If the employer offers accommodation, housing rates vary depending on the employer.
To secure housing, the participant must comply with the rules established by the employer, such as payment deadlines and the submission of required documentation.
