Rotations (For Reference Only):
Culinary will rotate through our three main restaurants on property
The skill sets they will learn in each restaurant will vary from our casual more relaxed restaurant (Gaby’s) to our specialty soon to be Italian restaurant (Georgia’s) and our fine dining restaurant (Linger Longer Steakhouse)
Culinary interns will also have rotations in our Banquet kitchen to see high volume production as well as our Pastry Kitchen
During each culinary rotation the interns will train on various stations within the kitchen

Minimum English Level:
Culinary: 4
Previous work experience of at least 3 months, will be taken into consideration
