General requirements

Proven experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry (several years of work experience).
Previous supervisory or managerial experience, including staff management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Natural leadership qualities, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
