Requirements FRONT DESK: 

• Experience in front office operations (1 year minimum) 

• Candidates should aspire to pursue a career in hospitality, particularly in front office roles

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues

• Professionals should exhibit appropriate body language for a front-facing position, including a warm smile, confidence, and good manners (warm, present, and natural)

• Ability to multitask

• Calm in stressful situations

• Team oriented

• Great phone and radio etiquette

• Has skied/snowboarded or been to a ski resort/hotel.- Just a plus- Not absolutely required

• Driven by excellence, proactive, and eager to learn and excel in their role

• Curious, open-minded, and continuously seeking to learn and share new ideas.

Requirements FOOD & BEVERAGE:

• Experience in F&B 1 year minimum

• Optimistic warmth (genuine kindness, thoughtfulness, and a sense that the glass is always at least half full)

• Intelligence (not just “smarts” but rather an insatiable curiosity to learn for the sake of learning)

• Work ethic (a natural tendency to do something as well as it can possibly be done)

• Empathy (an awareness of, care for, and connection to how others feel and how your actions make others feel)

• Self-awareness (an understanding of what makes you tick)

• Integrity (a natural inclination to be accountable for doing the right thing with honesty and superb judgment).

• Alice or similar system experience

• Opera or similar PMS experience

• Team Members accrue 10 days per year PTO and 5 days per year sick and safe time. We also have a wellness reimbursement program that reimburses the team member up to $900 per year for a ski pass or gym membership. We have an employee cafeteria in the hotel that offers free meals during a Team Members shift. Team Members get 50% off retail and in the restaurant and after 6 months are eligible to participate in the Team Member Stay program where they can stay at most Auberge Properties for only $100 per night (blackout dates apply).
