The Employer information is referential (interview date, job positions, accommodation information, transportation, benefits granted, salaries, possibility of a second job, events, among others), and could change without prior notice. Spaces per employer are limited, participants may apply to Employers depending on availability, level of English, level of sociability, start and end dates of work.
The recreational activities mentioned in the presentations are referential and have been prepared based on information from past seasons. USE cannot guarantee that the same activities will be available in 2025 as they will be subject to change with prior notice as states, cities, and counties in the US change their health regulations due to the pandemic.
Some Employers offer discounts of up to 100% on passes. Their conditions, availability and prices could vary this season, so they must be validated with the employer directly.
There are employers that offer accommodation, however, space is limited and to reserve it they must comply with the rules established by the employer, payment terms and delivery of documentation. It is the participants' obligation to review the rates, deposit dates and accommodation rental.
Depending on US federal regulations or health regulations of individual states, cities, counties, or resorts, participants will need a vaccination certificate prior to arrival in the US as well as may be subject to quarantine upon arrival. their destination before they can start working, or they may also be required to take COVID-19 tests.
Clause 8.36 of the General Conditions Agreement provides that "USE will not be responsible if the US Government, the Government of Peru, the Airline, the Employer or the Sponsor requests any health requirement for entry into the USA." .USA .USA or for the continuation of the Program not provided for in the Agreement or its Annexes (such as having the vaccine if required) and that has been generated by the Covid-19 Pandemic or by "any other circumstance attributable to a fortuitous event or force majeure".
