Culinary Line Cook
Utilizes specification sheets to prepare daily preparation requirements, maintains par levels of necessary items. Prepares new menu items under direction of supervisor. Ensures attractive, consistent presentations of food items, both buffet and plated. Interacts with line cooks to monitor quality, presentation and consistency of food items prepared. Handles all needs and accommodates customer requests in a timely manner. Sets up, re-stocks, maintains, and cleans food preparation areas. Responsible for ensuring presentation standards are meet for all hot and cold items. Reads and interprets recipes. Conducts product inventories, ordering and receiving of product under direction of supervisor.
Requirements: ≥ 18 of age. culinary school experience preffered.

Rooms Agent
Supports the daily operations of the Rooms Division by assisting with guest services and general operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience. Provides support during the check-in and checkout process, including issuing room keys and guiding guests through property amenities. Uses the property management system, PBX, and communication tools according to procedures. Assists in maintaining the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas as part of standard operational support. Responds to guest requests and concerns with professionalism, following up as needed and escalating to management when appropriate. Coordinates with team members across departments to support daily operations and enhance the overall guest experience, including assisting with reservations for activities, transportation, and dining.
Requirements: Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
