Housing is provided and Mandatory

Apartment style. Beds are assigned.
Rent: Apartment-style housing with single, double, and triple bedrooms (prices vary for each room for the entire season). Rent is deducted from the paycheck biweekly.
Paid for the entire season, no exceptions.
These amounts may be subject to change during the year.
Single: $4,200 ($1,050 per month for 4 months)
Double: $3,400 ($850 per month for 4 months)
Deposit: $500 - $200 is nonrefundable while the other $300 is refundable if they do not damage the unit or incur other fees during their lease).
The deposit is deducted from the first 2 full paychecks. $250 each pay period + rent. Those amounts are high especially if participants have shorter dates.
Disclaimer: If the associate leaves or is terminated before the last date on their DS2019 form, employer will hold onto their deposit and deduct the last housing payment from their final paycheck.
Housing: Dormitory Style, 1-2 participants per bedroom.
The units have a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and mini fridge.
Each room will be in a shared apartment (unit) with a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
Laundry facilities available onsite.
Housing is Slopeside Village.
Utilities included in the cost of rent: Gas, Electricity, Sewer, Water, Trash Service and Internet Access.
Important housing information - read carefully:
It should be noted that some employers do not provide housing, others offer it with limited availability, and a final group of employers provides housing for all their participants.
If the employer offers accommodation, the rates vary depending on the employer.
To reserve accommodation, the participant must comply with the rules established by the employer, such as payment deadlines and the submission of required documentation.
Housing and details can change throughout the season and even before you travel. (Be flexible!)
