Apartment-style housing with single or double bedrooms. Rent is deducted biweekly from your paycheck and spread across your stay, meaning the amount depends on the total number of paychecks you will receive. Rent must be paid for the full season (no exceptions), rates are subject to change, and bed assignments are made by management.
Single: $4,200 ($1,050 per month for 4 months)
Double: $3,400 ($850 per month for 4 months)
Deposit: $500 total — $200 is nonrefundable, and $300 is refundable if there are no damages or outstanding fees.
Note:
The deposit is deducted from your paychecks, and the amount per paycheck may vary depending on the length of your stay (number of paychecks received).
Disclaimer: If you leave or are terminated before the end date on your DS-2019, the employer will retain your deposit and deduct any remaining housing costs from your final paycheck.
Housing: Dormitory-style, with 1–2 participants per bedroom.
Basic furniture is included. Each unit has a kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Towels and bed sheets are not provided and must be brought by residents.
Rooms are within shared apartments (units), with shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
Laundry facilities are available onsite.
Utilities included in the cost of rent: Gas, Electricity, Sewer, Water, Trash Service and Internet Access.

It should be noted that some employers do not provide housing, others offer it with limited availability, and a final group of employers provides housing for all their participants.
If the employer offers accommodation, the rates vary depending on the employer.
To reserve accommodation, the participant must comply with the rules established by the employer, such as payment deadlines and the submission of required documentation.
Housing and details can change throughout the season and even before you travel. (Be flexible!)
