Kitchen Line Cook
Prepares and plates food for a lake side restaurant featuring American cuisine in a casual/upper scale dining room.
Participants must bring black Pants and non-slip shoes
Minimum English level: 4
Hourly Wage: US$22.00
Prep cook
Prepare food items for sale and service for the restaurant. Baking fresh muffins and pastries, cleaning lettuce, making dressings. Assist the Line Cooks with making plated salads and desserts

Housekeeping
General Hotel Cleaning duties:
Maintain and clean all areas. Including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors and furniture
Empty trash and clean restrooms, mirrors, and inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces, keeping all brass and stainless steel shiny.
Obtain the list of vacant rooms that need to be cleaned, and clean guest rooms to the highest standards.
Clean guest bathroom/bedroom/floor corridor: make guest beds, dust rooms, and furniture. Clean closet.
Clean public space areas and other duties assigned by management.
Participants must bring black pants and comfortable shoes
Participants will work with chemicals.

Server
Greet and take food orders for guests. Enter orders into the system, and deliver food when completed. Help with cleaning duties at the restaurant. Other tasks may be assigned by management.
