IRD (Room Service Operation)
Responsible for taking requests from guests and upselling for Room Service, presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature, and cleaning and clearing guest floors and landings. This role involves talking directly with guests and attending to them. It also involves cleaning/clearing floors and landings. At various times, may be asked to assist in other areas as needed. Needs to deliver the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining experiences by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. You will recommend menu items, ensure timely and accurate service, and address guest requests or concerns with professionalism. Additionally, you’ll maintain cleanliness in the dining area, work closely with kitchen and bar staff, and process payments. Previous experience in fine dining is preferred, along with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Front of House (final position will vary)
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will welcome guests, take food orders, serve food, wash dishes, bus tables, restock supplies, and help with luggage, PBX, and the front desk. The final position and location will be assigned once hired.
REQUIREMENT: Flexibility is needed since the final position is going to be assigned once hired. Based on this, your wage will vary.
