Wage: $17.00
Organized Employee Events and Cultural Activities: YES! Resort-wide employee engagement parties are offered throughout the season. The Employer provides information on area cultural activities and events, plus they coordinate a minimum of one event month and provide transportation to and from event.
Retail Discounts: YES! 20% off on site Sport Thomas store and 10-20% discounts are available at numerous local ski shops as well.
Family/Friends Discounts: YES! Cranmore extends one (1) complimentary season pass to a friend or relative to the employee.
Benefits at other properties: YES! Complimentary and/or discounted tickets at other neighboring resorts within New England and beyond (reciprocal program), sister resorts (Jiminy Peak & Bromley).
Social Security Assistance: YES! The Employer provides transportation to the nearest SSN Office.
Airport Pickup: NO! Students must travel to Boston Logan Airport and take a Concord Coach Lines bus (2 hrs) to North Conway, NH.

Attractions Attendant
Requirement: employees must be willing to work outside in all types of weather including rain, snow, & sleet. Because of the location of the Mountain Adventure Park, it can get VERY COLD AND WINDY. Students are responsible for providing their own insulated waterproof snow boots, solid black insulated snowpants, solid black thermal layers (shirts, pants, etc), gloves, hat, scarves/neckwarmers, moisture-wicking warm socks. Job duties: Assists guests at attractions (mountain coaster, soaring eagle zip line, giant swing) in the Mountain Adventure Park. Ensure guests load/unload the attractin safely. This position will also share hours with other departments to meet minimum hours (MANDATORY). Job sharing positions include Tubing Park, Lift Operations, and Mountain Adventure Park.
