Prep Cook
Prepare, saute, season, cook such food as meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, soups, desserts. Keep kitchen clean and sanitized.
Minimum English level: 4
Hourly Wage: US$15.00
Server
Greet guests, take drink and food orders, bring food from kitchen to tables. Clean off and set tables. Collect payments. Keep all stations stocked and clean.
Minimum English level: 4+
Hourly Wage: $3.00 + tips (on average earning $15.00/hr*)
*If a participant does not make enough in tips to meet the minimum wage ($15.00), then they will get paid the difference needed to meet the minimum wage amount. Average hourly will very much depend on the ability of the server to turn tables quicker. Some servers are able to earn more than $15.00/hr, depending on their performance and volume of customers.
