Perform all duties associated with the daily operation of Lake Laura. Exceptional member/patron service is always the primary focus. Controls customer entry into the lake and collects and accounts for necessary fees. Rents boating devices and safety equipment. Sells food and beverages. Routinely picks up trash and litter to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions. Enforces all lake rules and safety regulations. Advises Lake Laura Supervisor of any complaints or issues as they occur. Performs any other duties as directed.

Operates all the various lift systems in a safe manner. Knows the emergency procedures of all the various lift systems. Keeps both the loading and unloading stations in optimum condition for safe operation. Unloads mountain bike at top of lift and sets in bike racks to be ready for customers

when unloading from lift. Ensures all customers using the lifts are ticketed properly. Controls customer flow onto and off all lifts to ensure order, equity and safety. Assists in lift evacuations procedures as directed. Assists in the completion of lift related incident reports. Performs any other duties as directed.

Maintain a safe, sanitary and attractive swimming pool facility and surrounding areas. Perform all duties associated with the daily operations. Exceptional member/patron service is always the primary focus.

This person will work with other staff professionals and will be primarily responsible for the customer service as well as cleanliness and inventory of golf cars and driving range area. Warmly greets each member/patron. Provide directions for the member/patron, as needed. Comply with and enforce all policies and procedures of the club. Provide a clean and dry golf car to members/patrons. Keep golf car staging area clean and free from clutter. Staff the bag-drop area to promote members/patrons to drop their clubs. Meticulously clean all golf cars. Ensure all bags are properly loaded and secured. Always appear, act, and respond in a professional manner. Keep the front drive area and clubhouse surroundings clean and free from debris. Is prepared to relay weather and club event information to the members and patrons. Ensure golf cars are properly secured during closing shift. Ensure all keys are properly deposited in the night drop slot. Ensure driving range is in proper usable condition. Perform any other duties as directed.

Operates point of sales register and ensures accurate accounting of collections and transactions at our quick-service, cafeteria-style eatery. Assist with the daily stocking of packaged products and checking In and organizing weekly inventory resolved, In charge of making reservations and greeting guests when they arrive at the restaurant. Try to give guests a good impression of the restaurant by greeting them In a warm, friendly manner. Maintains cleanliness of the area while following all opening and closing procedures. Trained to act as a Shen Center cook and cashier when needed as well, Exceptional member/patron service is a primary focus. Prepares food and beverages for sale at the Grill. Assist with the daily stocking of packaged products. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and area. Other tasks as assigned.

Provides food and beverage service to all members and guests, with exceptional member/patron service always being the primary focus. Responsible for stacking server station, polishing, and rolling silverware, and following opening and closing procedures. Directly responsible for servicing any patrons in the designated section including, but not limited to, greeting, taking beverage and food orders, answering any menu questions, delivering food from kitchen to guests, ensuring the order is correct, refilling beverages as needed, presenting guests with the final check and following all alcoholic beverage control and health department laws. 

Pre-requisites: must be 21 years or older.

*If a participant does not make enough in tips to meet the minimum wage ($13.50), then they will get paid the difference needed to meet the minimum wage amount. Training hours are paid at $13.50 also. Average hourly will very much depend on the ability of the server to turn tables quicker. Some servers are able to earn up to $20/hour or more, depending on performance and volume.

Operates cash register at concession stand and public side area, ensuring accurate accounting of collections and transactions at the Grill. Provides food and beverage service to all members and guests at pool facility, taking orders directly at guests lounge area and delivering orders to them. Responsible for stocking concession area and keeping area clean and organized. Exceptional customer service is required. Promptly takes guest orders and enters into point-of-sale system. Delivers food to guests and ensures everything is correct. Follows all opening procedures. Makes sure all ABC laws are followed and cards customers as required. Follows closing procedures. Notifies supervisor in advance of product shortages. Properly cleans concession area, service area and equipment. Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur. Receives cash bank at beginning of shift and verifies its accuracy. Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions and collections during work shifts. Obtains and reviews information regarding food and beverage pricing. Collects cash, checks and charge payments. Makes change for cash transactions and prepares member or credit card charges. Counts money and charge payments in cash drawer at the end of the work shift. Reconciles cash receipts and charge sales with total sales to verify accuracy of transactions. Turns in cash bank and deposits the daily report with receipts into designated safe. Helps keep the dining area neat and clean and keep merchandise stocked. Makes sure all guest are satisfied with their experience. Adheres to all Grill policies and procedures. Performs other duties as directed.
