Grill Cook / Cashier
Prepares food and beverage for sale at the Grill. Follows standard recipes when prepping and preparing all items. Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions. Follows all safe and sanitary food handling practices. Cleans and sanitizes food preparation utensils and returns them to the proper area. Receives cash bank at the beginning of shift and verifies its accuracy. Ensures an accurate accounting of all transactions and collections during work shifts. Obtains and reviews information regarding food and beverage pricing. Collects cash, checks, and charge payments

Lake Laura Attendant
Perform all duties associated with the daily operation of Lake Laura. Exceptional member/patron service is always the primary focus. Controls customer entry into the lake and collects and accounts for necessary fees. Rents boating devices and safety equipment. Sells food and beverages. Routinely picks up trash and litter to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions. Enforces all lake rules and safety regulations. Advises Lake Laura Supervisor of any complaints or issues as they occur. Performs any other duties as directed.

Bike Park Lift Attendant
Operates all the various lift systems in a safe manner. Knows the emergency procedures of all the various lift systems. Keeps both the loading and unloading stations in optimum condition for safe operation. Unloads mountain bike at top of lift and sets in bike racks to be ready for customers
when unloading from lift. Ensures all customers using the lifts are ticketed properly. Controls customer flow onto and off all lifts to ensure order, equity and safety. Assists in lift evacuations procedures as directed. Assists in the completion of lift related incident reports. Performs any other duties as directed.
