Tasks include: assisting our culinary professionals in providing amazing service while working the dish area with a smile. This includes washing of heavy pots and pans, eliminating food waste, working in the dishpit washing by hand, and using commercial washers.  Ensuring a smooth flow in the kitchen by keeping up with the volume of work. Showcase your cleanliness standards by keeping the dish area and maintaining impeccable order. Display helpful and supportive communication with leaders and fellow team members. Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will enhance the service experience. Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests. 

• Minimum English level: 3+

• Hourly Wage: US$17.00 + tips

Produce visually appealing quality dishes, assist in supporting roles as needed, and keep station/line clean and in order. All aspects of daily kitchen operations including, but not limited to: opening and closing duties, set up and stocking stations, prepping food for service, and preparing menu items in cooperation with all kitchen staff. Other tasks as assigned.

Produce consisten quality dishes that are visually appealing while working the line with a smile. Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail when cooking and plating products, without the need for constant direct supervision. Step into any support role and maintain harmonious relationships with other support team members by being open to completing any task or function that will enhance the culinary experience. Follow established procedures, inventory systems, and processes to assure compliance with our brand standards. Demonstrate your cleanliness standards by maintaining the line and stations in impeccable order. Accept feedback and coaching from culinary leaders. Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests.

Also known as Service Support. Showcase your cleanliness standards by bussing areas and maintaining impeccable order. Assist our wait staff and bartenders in providing amazing service for our guests. Work the floor with a smile and run food when necessary. Demonstrate excellent communication skills while facilitating table turnover. Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will support the service experience.

• Hourly Wage: US$12.00 + tips

Provide amazing service for our guests while working the counter/check out with a smile. Demonstrate excellent communication skills that allow you to deal with all guests in a positive manner. Follow established procedures, systems, and processes to perform all cashier duties including cash handling, guest check out, organizing, and stocking items. Maintain precision and attention to detail while completing transactions by the book.
