Tasks include: assisting our culinary professionals in providing amazing service while working the dish area with a smile. This includes washing of heavy pots and pans, eliminating food waste, working in the dishpit washing by hand, and using commercial washers. Ensuring a smooth flow in the kitchen by keeping up with the volume of work. Showcase your cleanliness standards by keeping the dish area and maintaining impeccable order. Display helpful and supportive communication with leaders and fellow team members. Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will enhance the service experience.
