The Frontline Mountain Sales Associate sells and promotes Aspen Skiing Company products, including lift tickets, season passes, equipment rentals, lessons and activities. The Frontline Mountain Sales Agent engages directly with guests, processes transactions, and delivers exceptional guest service in both indoor and outdoor environments. This position is office based with some work outdoors in inclement weather.

The rental technician provides guest services related to the proper selection, fitting, renting, and selling of a variety of winter sports equipment and accessories. Assists in numerous functions related to maintaining efficient and high quality shop operations. 

*Requirements: Excellent/fluent English skills, ability to read and write in English. Previous rental shop/customer service experience preferred. Portuguese language skills are a big plus. Must pass ski manufacturers' binding certification (on-the-job training provided).

The rental cashier acts as a highly skilled guest service specialist in the processing and troubleshooting of a variety of guest transactions related to equipment rental and retail, lift ticket and ski/snowboard school sales. Maintains a broad and detailed knowledge base related to resot-wide services and amenities. 

*Requirements: Must be 18+ years old. Advanced English skills (including reading and writing in English). Previous cashiering/customer service experience preferred. Portuguese language skills are a big plus.

The Retail Associate will assist customers and ensure they have a fun and memorable shopping experience by providing them with product knowledge, options, and accessories. It is the Retail Associate's responsability to provide exceptional customer service and make a life.long customer, not just a sale.

The Ski Pro for Aspen Snowmass will teach alpine skiing to children and adults of all ability levels by focusing on the fundamentals of on-mountain safety and providing a safe and fun on-snow experience.

*Requirements: Minimum requirement is Level 1 certification with 200 documented teaching hours. Level 2 or above is preferred.

• Hourly Wage: US$20.00

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations in the Ski & Snowboard School. Team members are responsible for the image, appearance, and functionality of indoor facilities and outdoor teaching areas, including daily set up and tear down, rental shop operations, and assistance with check-in and check-out procedures of child students.

*Requirements: Intermediate Ski/Snowboard ability.

Cook 2 participates in the preparation , production & service of menu items according to the direction of their manager. The cook 2 is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items following established recipies and safety standards. 

*Requirements: Culinary School preferred. 1-2 years experience in a commercial kitchen preferred. Serv Safe or similar food safety course preferred.

Cook 3 helps with station assignments and prepares hot and cold foods for the restaurant according to the Chef de cuisine's specifications. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food items following established recepies and health standards. 

*Requirements: Food preparation experience preferred. Serv Safe or similar food safety course preferred.. 

• Minimum English level: 3+

Stewards/Prep cook is responsible for cleaning and storing all flatware, silver, glass, kitchen trays, pots, pans according to the direction of the erstaurant management team. The Steward/Prep Cook also assists in food preparation as requested. 

*Requirements: Serv Safe or similar food safety course preferred..

The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for positive guest interactions by welcoming guests, handling transactions in a friendly and efficient manner, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant facility.  

*Requirements: Customer service experience preferred.
