GAP ANALYSIS

The Gap Analysis process provides a comprehensive assessment of your organizations present quality system as compared to the requirements of the API Q1, API Q2, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other international management systems. The completed analysis is discussed with the client to assure that they are aware of the areas that meet the requirements as well as those areas that require improvements. This analysis serves as a road map during the development phase of the QMS project to identify the level of support required as well as the cost to obtain the certifications.

AWARENESS TRAINING

Awareness Training is provided to all the employees in the organization for the required quality management system by our trainers or consultants. The training can be for the quality management system as well as for the product training as required or identified during the Gap Analysis.
