1. Introduction Word Dodge Keyboard ("the App") is an assistive technology soft keyboard designed specifically for students with dyslexia and dysgraphia. Privacy and data security are our highest priorities.
2. Zero Cloud Transmission & 100% Local Processing The App operates entirely offline. All predictive text calculations, speech-to-text transcriptions, and neural network evaluations execute locally on the user's physical device hardware. No network sockets are opened, and no user data is ever transmitted to external servers, cloud APIs, or third-party analytics trackers.
3. Data Collection & Personal Information (PII) The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Keystroke Logging: We do not log, track, or save keystrokes.

Microphone Data: Audio captured during voice dictation is processed ephemerally in RAM by the local offline speech engine and is immediately discarded the millisecond transcription is complete. No audio recordings are ever saved to persistent disk storage.
4. Offline Activation System To activate the App, users input an offline code. The App securely validates this code using mathematics entirely on the device. The App does not connect to the internet to verify this code.
5. UK GDPR & COPPA Compliance Because the App collects zero personal data and operates offline, it fully complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
