You will receive a link from your teacher. The link may be posted at the top of the Stream in Google Classroom, in seesaw, on their clever page, or it may come in an email invitation. Watch this video to see how this works through Google Classroom. You will use whichever app your teacher sends you a link for. Then click on the meeting link (in Google Classroom, Seesaw, Clever, or an email) and the correct app will open.

What do I do if my teacher asks me to share my screen?
Sharing your screen allows others in the meeting to see what is on your computer screen. This allows you to present something to the group or it can be used to help you solve computer problems by letting someone else see the problem along with you. Sharing your screen is easy:
In Meet:
Click "Present now" in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
Choose "A window" and then click on the image of the window you want to share.
Click "Share". It might take a short time, but everyone in the meeting will be able to see what you have shared.
In Zoom:
Click "Share screen" at the bottom of your screen.
Choose what you want to share by clicking on the picture that shows what you want to show.
Click "Share" It might take a short time, but everyone in the meeting will be able to see what you have shared.
Which should I use, Google Meet or Zoom?
You will use whichever app your teacher sends you a link for. In fact, all you have to do it click on the meeting link (in Google Classroom or an email) and the correct app will open.
How can I turn on closed captioning in Meet?
