Please contact your teacher or send an email to mailadmin@worcesterschools.net so they can reset your password. Once reset, the password will be the student's birthdate in eight digits: MMDDYYYY.

Try one of these common troubleshooting steps:
Update your Chrome Browser:
1) On your device, open Chrome.
2) Click on the three dots, in the top right corner.
3) Click on “Settings”
4) Click “About Chrome” (Left side of the screen)
5) Chrome will check for updates or let you know if you need to
Reboot (Relaunch) to Update
Reset Chrome Browser Settings
1) On your device, Open Chrome
2) Click on the three dots, in the top right corner.
3) Click “Settings”
4) Click “Advanced” (right side of the screen)
5) Click “Reset Settings”
6) Click “Restore settings to their original defaults”
Clear Cache and Cookies in Chrome
1) On your device, open Chrome.
2) Click on the three dots, in the top right corner.
3) Click on “Settings”
4) Click on “Privacy and security” on the left
5) Click “Clear browsing data”
6) Select the items you want to clear
7) Click “Clear Data”
For all other problems, please follow this procedure.
Fill out the form with as many specific details as you can, including student ID number and the serial number of the problem device.
It is particularly important that you include the name of the school the student attends. This will speed up our response.
Under "Ticket Route", leave "Non Sage" in place.
Under "Room number", type "NA"
Depending on the type of problem you describe, the technician may want to call you to help. Please provide your phone number if you are comfortable doing so. It is not required.
3. Once you click "Submit", it can take up to 24 hours to get a response, perhaps more if there are a large number of requests for support. If this wait will impact your student's participation in school, an email to the student's teacher is appreciated.
