Girls on the Run

Be relentless. Heart and sole is for any girl brave enough to be herself.  Joining us for a 10-week program that will empower you to tap into your strengths and learn new life skills. Every week, we'll run, laugh, and learn about what makes each other tick. The program ends with a celebration of how far you've come...and a 5K that will remind you that you can crush any goal you set your mind to. Starting September 20th, We'll meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 2PM-3:30PM at Burncoat Middle School in room L-24. If you'd like to join, register today or see Ms. Duclos (L-24) or Mrs. Feeney (S-10). A spring session of Girls on the Run is schedule to begin in Late March. 

Model UN

Join us on Wednesday's from 2-3PM in room C-11 with Mr. Strinbrick for Model UN. Model UN, is an educational simulation in which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. At a UN conference, students work as the representative of a country, organization, or person, and must solve a problem with other delegates from around the world. Model UN teaches participants skills like research, public speaking, debating, and writing skills, in addition to critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership. Model UN is meant to engage students, and allow them to develop deeper understanding into current world issues.
