The Worcester State University Laptop Repair Depot’s highly experienced, professional, and industry-certified staff can troubleshoot—and fix—your computer hardware and software problems. If you purchased your computer though the Laptop Purchase Program, service is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Worcester State University requires all full-time undergraduate students to have laptop computers. Through the Laptop Purchase Program, you can take advantage of special pricing on hardware from Apple and Dell that we have vetted for durability, reliability, and supportability. When you purchase a laptop through this program, we provide on-campus support free of charge for the length of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Windows or Apple?
Unsure whether to choose Windows or Mac? Consider your program of study before purchasing your laptop. Keep in mind your academic program may have specific software requirements that will not run on a specific Operating System. If you have questions, please contact the ITS Help Desk for general guidelines to consider or your academic department for specific information.

Financial Assistance

If you would like us to work on a computer not purchased through our program or after its warranty has expired, you will pay a $20 fee per incident, but this is only for software-related problems. We only accept payment through OneCard Common Funds.
