Jeff the clown was not this bad he started off good . 

When Jeff was 9 years old he had a dream to go to the Circus. Let's start in 1999 Jeff was at the Circus when Bob the kid came up to him and said You are fake.

one day Jeff came up with a very genius plan:.he was going to take over the world but first Jeff needed an army so he made the kids  minenes.

Jeff was going to steal children and make more minutes. Luckily  Bob, who was listening, said stop you clown  "uh what how you get in I snuck past our minions .
