This is your central hub for completing our monthly check-ins. You must submit your check-in by 11:59 PM on the last day of every month.
Instructions:
Scroll down and locate the form for your specific grade level.
Open your grade's form.
Make sure to select the current month you are submitting for.
Fill out all required fields honestly and thoroughly.
Hit "Submit" and look for the confirmation message so you know it went through!
